Our Virtual Scribes provide live, real-time documentation support from a secure virtual environment. These professionals listen to patient encounters remotely and document notes directly into the EHR, offering all the benefits of an in-person scribe without the overhead costs.
Even without a physical presence in the room, our remote scribes provide real-time documentation by securely listening to patient visits.
Spend more time with patients and less time buried in charts. Our remote scribes handle documentation efficiently, allowing you to leave work on time with fewer late-night EHR sessions. With certain EHRs, our scribes can even bill the visit at the point of service.
Hiring an on-site scribe can be expensive. Our virtual scribes eliminate the need for workspace and additional HR costs while providing the same high-quality documentation service.
We use encrypted, secure platforms to ensure that patient data remains protected. All scribes complete extensive HIPAA training to maintain compliance with healthcare privacy laws.
In busy ERs and other high volume practices, space can be at a premium. Our virtual scribes provide the same documentation assistance as an in-person scribe, without requiring an extra work station or space in exam rooms.
Because our virtual scribes are fully remote, we're not limited to a local workforce. We're able to recruit top talent from across the nation to ensure you get the best service.

Medical scribes are a non-licensed member of a medical care team. They specialize in medical record documentation and assist the provider with documentation and patient throughput. Our virtual scribes are with you for every patient encounter, without taking up valuable space in exam rooms.
Scribes can do your documentation on your behalf, take histories from patients, assist with non-direct care of patients, etc. The purpose of the scribe is to make your job easier, whatever that may entail.
Scribes cannot do any direct patient care, enter orders, relay verbal orders, or write prescriptions.
With certain EHRs, scribes can bill the visit at the point of service. See how this improves compliance and your audit risk.
All of our virtual scribes are live and in real-time. A live service is not only more secure for patient privacy, but allows for the scribe to ask questions in real-time if something isn't clear, ensuring that documentation is done correctly the first time.
With our audio only connections, the scribe stays muted on their end unless they have a question. The provider typically mutes their end in between patient encounters and clinical updates.
We work with each practice to determine what hardware will work best. This usually involves using systems already in-place at the practice, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or VSee.
Because the needs of each practice are unique, we cannot provide exact pricing online. We can guarantee that our pricing is a flat fee per man-hour of coverage and usually ranges from $20-$30 per man-hour of coverage.
We don't pass along overtime or administrative costs to our clients.
