Choose the tier that matches your typical monthly chart volume.

• Up to 40 notes/month: $329/month
• 41–80 notes/month: $549/month
• 81–120 notes/month: $729/month

Pricing details: You get a predictable monthly baseline. If you exceed 120 notes, overage notes are billed at $6 each. If typical practice volume exceeds 120 note per month, please contact us for a custom quote. 

Operations support removes work before and after the visit. Ops plans are designed to cover both documentation tasks and the operational work around the visit.
